What youll be doing

As theday shift Transport Supervisor, youll be at the heart of our depot operation, keeping everything moving efficiently from the moment the day begins. Youll support the Transport and Shift Managers while leading drivers, coordinating routes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service. From managing rotas and resources to resolving challenges in real time, youll be key to delivering a high-performing, customer-focused transport operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
• Brief and debrief drivers, ensuring clarity on routes, expectations, and risk assessments
• Manage driver rotas and holiday requests to maximise operational efficiency
• Ensure vehicle compliance, maintenance checks, and defect reporting are completed
