• Employee Wellbeing Programme Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Operating Class 1 (Category CE) vehicles safely and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and completing all required documentation
• Loading and delivering goods between designated locations
• Operating double-decker trailers where required
• Ensuring all loads are secured safely before transport
• Communicating effectively with transport teams and customers
• Adhering to all road traffic legislation, health and safety procedures and company policies
• Completing all delivery paperwork accurately and on time Essential Skills To be successful as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:
• A valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
• A valid UK CPC Qualification Card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD or CD endorsements)
• A reliable, professional and punctual attitude
• A good level of physical fitness to carry out manual handling duties where required
• A good understanding of road safety and transport compliance

Desirable Experience
• Previous experience within retail or distribution deliveries
• Previous commercial Class 1 driving experience Training Provided
• Full onboarding support provided
• Paid two-day site induction
