We are recruiting for a Multi-Task Warehouse Operative to join our team working in partnership with our customer in Motherwell, ML1 4YF
.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, 37-hour shift pattern. Start times are split between 07:00 and 10:00, on a weekly rotation Monday to Friday, with a contract to work any 5 of 7 days when required.
In accordance with National Security Requirements all roles related to this site and contract are subject to the successful candidate achieving suitable personal security clearance.

- Maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems and scanning equipment
- Carry out cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy
- Work safely in line with Health & Safety standards while supporting site KPIs
- Contribute to efficient operations through teamwork, flexibility, and high service standards
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication, accuracy, and attention to detail; experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment desirable
- Initiative‑taking, flexible, and positive attitude, able to work independently, in a team, adapt to frequent process changes and flexible with shifts
- Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office, Inventory Control systems, with accurate counting and quality‑checking capability
- Must maintain confidentiality and obtain full security vetting, including Disclosure Scotland clearance, due to work within the Defence/Naval Ships environment
- A full UK driving licence and own transport is essential due to the location and flexibility to travel to another site, as and when required
