We are looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to oversee staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, address family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.

• Oversee staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents.
• Address family/resident concerns and other duties as assigned.
• Supervise and evaluate the work performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure care provided follows policies and procedures.
• Carry out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
• Complete admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
• Monitor resident lab schedule and results.
• Monitor 24‑hour report sheets and follow up accordingly.

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN).
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Continuing education to maintain current knowledge of trends and licensure requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in Ventilator Unit/Critical Care/Special Care.
• Ability to meet performance requirements.

• Supervises and evaluates nursing staff.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Disciplines staff per personnel policies.
• Handles admission, discharge, transfer documentation.
• Monitors lab schedule, results, and 24‑hour reports.
