The Dialysis Nurse Manager leads facility operations, supervises nursing staff, and ensures quality treatment for all patients. The role requires approximately 20 hours per week in patient care.

Pay range: $35‑$42 per hour, based on experience.

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments comply with DCI policies, ESRD Network standards, regulatory agencies and the clinic’s QAPI program
• Develop and implement standards of care in accordance with DCI procedures and quality initiatives
• Plan training and assessments for patient care staff together with the nurse educator
• Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management programs with the quality and risk manager
• Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses and equipment technicians on patient care initiatives
• Integrate unit activities—staff education, research projects, unit expansions—with clinic operations and medical direction
• Supervise nursing, social work, dietitian and technical staff under guidance of the medical director
• Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCI policies, procedures and applicable laws
• Work closely with area operations director to identify operational efficiencies

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN)
• Six months of dialysis experience required; one year preferred
• One year of clinical nursing experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Current AL Registered Nurse license
