Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour.

Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front‑End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods and is always ready to help with customer questions and needs.
