Commercial Lines Account Manager

Hilb Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This in‑office position reports to our agency located in Moulton, AL.

• Serve as the primary account manager for existing client accounts within the agency.
• Maintain customer accounts in the agency automation system and document all conversations.
• Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately.
• Assist clients in submitting initial claim reports, facilitate response from carrier staff, and follow up on claim status.
• Review coverages for opportunities to round out accounts.

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines and must be licensed in Property & Casualty.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing quality customer service.
