Licensed Therapist - Mental Health PHP
The Mental Health PHP Therapist will provide individual and group counseling to adults with primary diagnosis of trauma and/or mental health issues. Therapists must be aware of social factors affecting the psychological well‑being of individuals, services/programs for psychological/sociological improvement of individuals, and in conducting evaluative interviews.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling to adults with primary diagnosis of trauma and/or mental health issues.
- Be aware of social factors affecting clients’ psychological well‑being.
- Conduct evaluative interviews.
- Conduct case management, treatment planning and attend clinical supervision for licensure.
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinical team and day‑to‑day operations.
Full‑time therapists work Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Mornings include process and education groups; afternoons are primarily individual sessions, family contacts, case management, and treatment planning. Clinical supervision and CEUs are provided free during work time.

- Licensure in the state of Georgia in good standing: LMSW, LAMFT, LAPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC required.
- Competence, understanding and treatment experience in the following areas preferred:
- Primary mental health diagnosis
- Dual diagnosis
- Trauma focused treatment
- Patients with military backgrounds
- Clinical supervision provided toward licensures and CEUs for biannual licensure (free of charge).
