The base pay range for RBTs is $24.00–$30.00 per hour. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience, and you can discuss details with our recruiter.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT‑related tasks as assigned

• $24.00–$30.00 per hour
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full‑time RBTs
• Ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development
• Male preferred
• Spanish speaking a plus

Aim Higher ABA provides in‑home and daycare‑based ABA therapy focused on child‑centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family’s convenience.
