Location:

Hahira, GA

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00

• The Project Manager leads projects with the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments as well as direct interface with the customer and subcontractors.
• Maintain all tracking logs up to date for accuracy and progress.
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages and procurement.
• Track/review approved change order execution and cost of time and material.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• Must have an Associate’s degree or higher education.
• Effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills.
• Computer applications experience:
  Google Earth, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform detailed work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
