Pallet Assembler Pay Rate: $11.00–$15.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Overtime:
Available Fridays and Saturdays
We are seeking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated worker to join our team as Pallet Assembler. Candidate will be responsible for assembling, building, and stacking wooden pallets according to provided blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate must be able to read blueprints, operate a hydraulic nail gun, and safely lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicant must also be comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
- Assemble and build wooden pallets according to blueprints, measurements, and specifications.
- Operate a hydraulic nail gun safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow pallet designs, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Stack completed pallets neatly and securely in designated areas.
- Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Inspect finished pallets to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as needed.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and measurements.
- Experience using a hydraulic nail gun is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous pallet assembly, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Hours:
Overtime opportunities may be available on Fridays and Saturdays, depending on production needs.
