Turning Point Care Center is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.

The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the Medical Director, Clinical Staff, and Nursing Staff to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, determine diagnosis and treatment plans, prescribe treatments, and manage mental health care regimens in collaboration with the designated physician.

• Master of Science in Nursing with certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (PMHCNS) with an accredited national certification (ANCC, AANP)
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia; certification with a national certification board
• Five (5) years of experience in psychiatric/chemical dependency nursing
• Knowledge and mastery of DSM‑5 and biopsychosocial assessment
