Hospice nurse duties include traveling to patients’ homes to provide assessment, education, wound care, comfort care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver end‑of‑life care to terminally ill patients. The nurse will also rotate in on‑call duties. Work evenings, part time.
