Nurse Practitioner (NP) - PRN. Turning Point is seeking a PRN Psych Certified Nurse Practitioner. Wonderful medical office support staff...excellent co-workers...great employee atmosphere! The Nurse Practitioner works closely with the Medical Director, Clinical Staff, and Nursing Staff to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, determine diagnosis plans, prescribe treatments, and manage mental health care regimens in collaboration with the designated physician.

QualificationsQualified applicants will have:
- Master of Science in Nursing with certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (PMHCNS) with one of the accredited National Certification Organizations (ANCC, AANP)
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia;
Certification with a National Certification Board - Five (5) years of experience in the area of psychiatric/chemical dependency nursing
- Knowledge and mastery of DSM-5 and biopsychosocial assessment
