The Shelter Resident Transition (SRT) Service Associate (SA) is an operational position assigned temporarily, typically on level 4 and above disaster relief operations (DROs). SRT Caseworkers work with shelter residents to understand their resources and transition roadblocks to help households create an action plan to move from the shelter to a more sustainable living solution.
