RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus

Location: Minnesota counties served by Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time + flexible on‑call/weekend.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year + $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
• Provide education and resources for families and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Current MN RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Previous home care or clinical nursing preferred.
