Position OverviewThe Shift Leader is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the store, partnering with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager to ensure teamwork, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence during each shift.
Core Responsibilities- Demonstrate mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence
- Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction with an unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen
- Think strategically about maximizing product sales and waste management
- Maintain “total store vision” and take ownership of the store's look and feel
- Understand daily deployments, roles, and responsibilities
- Communicate effectively on the floor and delegate objectives to the team
- Identify and address team and guest needs before they become problematic
- Ensure team executes SOP and quality standards consistently
- Coach and give feedback to team members in real time
- Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions
- Handle administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and product orders
- Develop and grow team members, discussing career and professional growth

- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, or weekends as required
- Minimum age 18 years
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to hear, speak, see, bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 4 to 8 hours. Physical requirements may be accommodated with reasonable accommodations.

Compensation$12.75 - $21.25 per hour (starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations; ranges reflect the employer’s expected pay for this position).
