Project Leader:
Electrical Engineer with Motor Control Experience
Location:
Dayton, Minnesota
- Design and develop a 10 hp (7.5 kW) motor controller, including prototyping and testing phases
- Validate a new motor position sensor to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Optimize and tune motor controller software for efficient operation of a double diaphragm pump
- Lead efforts to achieve UL recognition for the motor and controller, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Extensive expertise in both electrical hardware and software design, with a strong foundation in integrating these disciplines
- Proven experience in motor controller design, including hands‑on work with design, testing and optimization
- Proficiency in embedded systems design and programming, particularly in motor control applications
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in motor controllers
- Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams including non‑technical personnel
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $ per year
