- Administer and configure the Workday system for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, while conducting training for users
- Develop and maintain customer reports and analytics, establishing protocols for data integrity and security
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Manage system configurations and process user requests to improve operational efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Effective communication skills to liaise with HR staff and business leaders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Minimum of 4 years of Workday configuration experience
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following Workday modules:
Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking - Experience with Security & Reporting in Workday
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Knowledge of HR best practices and trends
