We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 2548 Highway 10 NE in Mounds View, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in this competitive market.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and mentoring
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community partners
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business
• Report on performance metrics and provide insights to senior management

• Proven track record of successful leadership in a general management role
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficiency in operations management and process optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Several years of management experience in a similar industry
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
