What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Clinician on our OPT team, you'll be the driving force behind the well-being and success of our clients.

Your clinical expertise and experience will shine in:

• Screening, assessment, and goal development
• Delivering one-on-one and group sessions in our outpatient clinics and the community
• Recommending and coordinating supporting services
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive salary starting at $47, based on your experience plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm OR Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-6:00 pm;
Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. This position is on-site. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as a licensed clinician, you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting, be able to work independently and be adept at problem-solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.

We also require:

• Full or provisional licensure: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT
• Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred
