We are currently seeking compassionate individuals for Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles. Whether you have 10 hours a month or 20 hours a week, we have a place for you.

• Students:
  Earn money while you study. Perfect for psychology, nursing, or social work majors looking for field experience.
• Semi‑Retired & Active Seniors:
  You aren't ready to stop moving, but you want low‑stress, high‑impact work that respects your time.
• Busy Parents & Caregivers:
  You need supplemental income that works around your childcare or family schedule.
• Supplemental Income Seekers:
  You have a primary job but need a "side hustle" that feels good and pays competitively.

You'll be more than a staff member; you will be a bridge to the community. Your goal is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live happy, independent lives.

• Be a Companion:
  Offer friendship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Be a Coach:
  Help individuals learn new skills, pursue personal goals, and engage with their community.
• Be a Support:
  Provide assistance with daily living activities, health, and safety, always prioritizing their dignity.

• Genuine Flexibility:
  We don't just say "flexible" — we mean it. You choose the hours that work for your life. Shifts can be as minimal as a few hours a week or month.
• No Experience? No Problem:
  If you have a kind heart and a willingness to learn, we provide paid training. This is an accessible entry point into healthcare and social services.

• Age:
  Must be 18 years or older.
• Attitude:
  Reliable, compassionate, and ready to listen.
• Clearance:
  Willingness to undergo a standard background check.
• Transport: A valid driver’s license is preferred to help get our clients out into the community.

A Note on

Experience:

While prior experience in caregiving, personal support, or disability services is a plus, it is not required. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach.
