Supports overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a variety of IT functional areas for a business unit

Supports overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a variety of IT functional areas for a business unit

• Plans and implements technology solutions to meet business unit needs in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborates with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manages relationships with local technology vendors to support service delivery and procurement.
• Maintains detailed documentation of IT methodologies, processes, and system specifications; assists with planning and scheduling of IT initiatives.
• Installs and monitors network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks to ensure performance and reliability.
• Implements basic security measures to protect systems, networks, and data; ensures backup strategies and recovery plans are current.
• Supports and contributes to the development and enforcement of enterprise technology policies and procedures.

High School Diploma/GED Required

OR

• Bachelor's Degree (Technical Degree Preferred)

• 2 Years Relevant Experience
