Responsibilities

The Job Responsibilities of this Division Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct ride‑a­longs with technicians
  • Conduct effective one‑on‑one meetings
  • Lead weekly team meetings
  • Hit daily revenue goals and manage departmental budgets
  • Set goals and KPIs for team; develop performance improvement plans
  • Coordinate technical training with vendors
  • Cascade information and uphold company core values
  • Coordinate with dispatch and review calls
  • Resolve customer and employee issues
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Sales training experience
  • Proven success training and developing people
Preferred
  • Management experience in home services
  • Trade knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Construction
