• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of driving organizational change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading change management initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
  Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on leadership roles
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications)
