Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele | Hospital Setting | Mt. Clemens, MI
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Telemetry unit in Mt. Clemens, MI . This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while monitoring cardiac telemetry and supporting recovery for a variety of adult patients in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and monitor telemetry.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform regular assessments and vital sign monitoring.
- Document care and progress in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team on care planning.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education.
- Active Michigan RN license .
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg Tele experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and telemetry skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
**$50.00 per hour*
* Shifts Available:
Day Shift
