Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Med Surg Tele Registered Nurse for travel /contract positions in Mt Clemens, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:

Range $1900 to $2270 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Med Surg, Telemetry Units

Shift:
12 Hours;
Nights, 7p-7.30a

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

• Registered Nurse: 2 years
  - Required
• Med Surg / Telemetry Nursing experience:
  Recent/Current 2 years – Required
• Float between Med Surg and Tele –Required

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of MI
  - Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA
  - Required
• ACLS Certification from AHA –Preferred

• Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units. Float between Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members ofthe healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
• Carries out functions according to hospital policy,the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines
• Directs,coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
