Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in Michigan. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care within a busy ER setting, following established clinical protocols and standards of practice. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Description:
The candidate will deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process, working collaboratively to maintain standards for professional nursing practice and foster patient/family-centered care. - Required Qualifications:
Valid state nursing license, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), 3+ years of ER experience, TNCC or ENPC certification, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant healthcare experience. - Schedule:
Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. - Additional Information:
The role involves assessing physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients, planning and implementing nursing care accordingly, and making appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of ER experience and relevant certifications. - Submission Requirements:
