FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Join Morrison Healthcare in Mount Clemens, MI. Full‑time and part‑time positions serve hospital dining.

Location: 1000 Harrington Boulevard, Mount Clemens, MI 48043
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating weekends and holidays. Hours vary; details on interview
Pay Rate: $15.80 per hour

Qualifications: Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred. Must perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prepare, present, and serve food to patients and staff.
• Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables; weigh and measure ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas using wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils; distribute supplies and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following service steps.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
