As an in-store Call Center Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless vehicle purchasing process for our clientele. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrates a strong commitment to professionalism.

Flexible scheduling options with shifts from Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 7pm, totaling 45-55 hours per week. We are looking to fill 5 days per week;
Saturdays are required. We are open to discussing alternative arrangements.
Starting compensation is $14.00 per hour. Additionally, lucrative bonuses are offered. This position is 1099.
Duties- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for automotive sales
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target new clientele
- Build and maintain relationships with clients via phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide loan applications to customers and collect necessary documentation for approvals
- Track and report on self-performance, pipeline, and results using CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
