Schedule:

2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday thru Friday

Experience:

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years Warehouse experience. 1 year Forklift Driving experience is required.

We need candidates with excellent computer skills. SAP experience is strongly preferred. Excellent skills with Warehouse Management Software is required.

Job Functions:

Responsibilities:

Checks, processes, and clears customers’ orders for shipments.

Sorts, arranges, and labels all the goods in the warehouse.

Receives and examines all incoming and outgoing goods on behalf of the organization.

Wears safety gear as needed in the warehouse.

Collaborates with the procurement and sales department of the organization to ensure regular availability of goods.

Keeps inventory or record of the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Band and shrink wrap drums for shipments.

When receiving inbound materials must ensure electronic and physical accuracy to maintain proper inventory levels.

Communicate with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders as needed.

Controls both inbound and outbound trucking logistics with security and the area.

Assists with area cycle counting.undefinedundefinedundefined

Maintain and ship Fed Ex packages for entire site.

Perform weekly cycle count tasks.

Support movement of materials to and from offsite warehouse.

Supports local training processes as needed.

Supports import and export teams as needed for inbound raw materials or customer shipments leaving the United States Equipment & Software:

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating.and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine.reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to properly interpret shipping paperwork (BOLS, Packing Lists, Customs Paperwork, Trucking Paperwork, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, outlook, TEAMS, SAP S4 Hanna, Customer specific portals.

Must be able to interact with Driver and ensure all shipping paperwork and placards are in order.

Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving.several concrete variables in standardized situations

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)2-3 years related job experience required.

Experience in customer service and or order fulfillment required.
