Salary:$45,000-$65,000 per year (based on experience) ·
Reports to:Head of School
The role:The Elementary Lead Teacher inspires curiosity and critical thinking in children ages 6–12, using AMI Montessori's Cosmic Curriculum to help them see themselves as part of a larger whole.
Key responsibilities- Prepare and maintain a classroom that encourages exploration, research, and collaboration.
- Present the Montessori Great Lessons and related follow-up work.
- Guide students in developing responsibility for their learning and community.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing progress and insights.
- Work closely with colleagues to support cross-level continuity of education.
Compensation & benefits:same as above.
What we're looking for:same as above, with AMI Elementary (6–12) training completed or in progress.
