Automotive Mechanic Technician II (Manheim) - $1,500 New Hire Tool Bonus
Position:
Automotive Mechanic Technician II at Cox Automotive, Manheim. Competitive pay plus a $1,500 tool bonus for new hires.

- Provide highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles
- Perform diagnostics including brake components, tires, suspension, drivability, and complete repairs
- Conduct advanced diagnostics covering charging, starting, AC, OBD‑II, electrical systems, and complete repairs
- Complete mechanical inspections with required measurements of interior, exterior, engine, and drive line components; document deficiencies
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations for recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash
- Fit new vehicles with necessary equipment as needed
- Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts
- Perform OEM recalls when required

Qualifications- 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience
- Safe driving record; valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Hourly base pay rate $21.49 – $32.26/hour, varying within the range based on location and qualifications. Additional compensation may include commission and incentive programs.
Paid Time OffMinimum 16 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays per calendar year, plus additional paid leave options (bereavement, jury duty, etc.).
