Grade A Construction is seeking a Grader Operator to drive a motor grader for precision grading, shaping, and finishing of surfaces on civil/sitework projects. You will help ensure proper drainage and subgrade preparation while maintaining safety and productivity.
The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of field experience, can read grade stakes and blueprints, and is comfortable coordinating with surveyors and foremen. GPS machine control experience is preferred; dependable attendance is essential.
