An outstanding opportunity awaits a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon with a focus on spine procedures to join a hospital-owned clinic near MOUNT JULIET, TN. This is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic and expanding healthcare team, contributing to the development of a new neurosurgery service line.
As a Neurosurgeon in this employed position, you will be at the forefront of General Neurosurgery with a significant emphasis on spine cases, constituting over 75% of your practice. The clinic offers a perfect blend of outpatient and inpatient care, providing a comprehensive approach to addressing the neurosurgical needs of the community.
New graduates are encouraged to apply, and the call coverage details will be determined based on the evolving needs of the practice. The existing office space in the Medical Office Building (MOB), connected to the main hospital, offers a convenient and collaborative environment for patient care.
The compensation package for this position is designed to attract top talent and includes a competitive base salary complemented by various incentives. This encompasses RVU-based bonuses, a commencement bonus, and support for medical education debt.
