Aero Design, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Aerospace, is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to develop electro-mechanical components at our facility in Mt. Juliet, TN.

• Manage and participate in all aspects of product development for assigned components, including analyzing existing commercial aircraft components to reverse engineer them and develop equivalent replacement parts.
• Review dimensional inspection and material analysis of assigned components.
• Create and revise Engineering drawings in Solid Works.
• Determine required Acceptance and Qualification testing for assigned components.
• Prepare design substantiation document packages for FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval.
• Perform other activities as assigned by management.
