Prime Responsibilities- Manage and participate in all aspects of product development for assigned components.
- Analyze existing commercial aircraft components to reverse engineer and develop equivalent replacement parts.
- Review dimensional inspection and material analysis of assigned components.
- Create and revise engineering drawings in Solid Works.
- Determine required acceptance and qualification testing for assigned components.
- Prepare design substantiation document packages for FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval.
- Perform other activities as assigned by management.
