We’re looking for a Controller who can roll up their sleeves, lead with integrity, and bring clarity and confidence to our client's numbers.

This role is hands‑on — perfect for someone who loves being close to the business, who thrives on variety, and who takes pride in their team and wants to work for a business with a commitment to success within a small company. You’ll prepare accounting entries, financial reporting, and forecasting/budget, while also shaping the financial processes that help the client grow.

You’ll lead a small, capable accounting team (1-2 people), partner with our leadership on key financial decisions. They were just taken over by private equity and will continue to grow over the next few years.

Quick Books experience and an accounting background would be highly preferred.

This will be hybrid 2-3 days onsite preferred - very flexible.

Salary Target is $140k to $160k + bonus
