Annual compensation ranges from $74,000 to $88,920, with a bonus opportunity of $12,000 to $13,600.
Position OverviewThe Clinical Therapist will function as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician, offering counseling and mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide mental health counseling services in office setting.
- Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence‑based counseling using various therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate client records for compliance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with clients from children to geriatric populations.
- Experience implementing evidence‑based treatments for anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
- State licensure as LPC – MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Registered play therapist preferred.
