Annual compensation ranges from $74,000 to $88,920, with a bonus opportunity of $12,000 to $13,600.

The Clinical Therapist will function as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician, offering counseling and mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.

• Provide mental health counseling services in office setting.
• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence‑based counseling using various therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate client records for compliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with clients from children to geriatric populations.
• Experience implementing evidence‑based treatments for anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
• State licensure as LPC – MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Registered play therapist preferred.
