This role is a full‑time, entry‑level position for a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician with Hopebridge in Mt. Juliet, TN.

$18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience and completion of RBT certification).

• Paid RBT certification – no prior experience required.
• Annual $75 Professional Development Stipend.
• Flat‑rate hourly pay (no billable/non‑billable split).

• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide evidence‑based therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans.
• Celebrate milestones with families and maintain a positive environment.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
