• Meal preparation
• Transportation and assisting with errands, shopping, and telehealth visits
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting personal care (bathing and toileting)
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Following a plan of care and communicating professionally with families and team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to pass a background screening
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Previous home care experience is a plus
• Understanding and respecting client ethics and confidentiality of care
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs without restrictions

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
