Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant. The desired candidate will work as part of the Supply Chain Operations Technology team to process user assistance tickets that require in-depth functional and some technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience investigating, researching, resolving production issues, and performing Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
- PL/SQL development skills.
- Basic understanding of Operations Interface and System Administration functions.
