Process Quality Technician - 2nd Shift

Quality Technician – Incoming inspection on 2nd shift in Mt Juliet, TN. Seek strong low/medium voltage testing background. Collaborate closely with Engineering.

• Inspect incoming components and materials to verify compliance with specifications.
• Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances; collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Accurately record inspection results in SAP; maintain proper documentation for traceability and audits.
• Wear prescribed personal protective equipment and maintain it in good condition; report hazards, incidents, and accidents to supervisors.

• High‑school diploma or GED required; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Skilled in validating and correcting technical documents, including test procedures; manage technical tasks independently with strong analytical skills.
• Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills (written and oral), strong organizational abilities, computer proficiency.
• Ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder; lift 22–26 lb independently and repetitively.
