• Manufacturing Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree:
  Preferred; not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
• Manufacturing Expertise:
  Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Lean Principles:
  Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, indicating commitment to optimizing processes and eliminating waste.
• Supervisory
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior manufacturing leadership experience (leading a sizeable team), demonstrating leadership acumen.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders.
