This Packaging Sales role is to work as an independent sales representative responsible for your business with support from owners working as a team. The individual in this role will prospect and manage customer accounts, identify packaging needs, and recommend custom solutions that align with product protection and cost objectives. The role involves overseeing prototypes and finished packaging, monitoring quality and performance, and ensuring consistent follow-through on complex packaging projects.

Compensation will be a high percent commission rate with no loads or hidden fees. Sales representative will have the opportunity to earn as much as desired with no time wasted on needless corporate reports or forecasts that makes their manager feel important.

• Ability to manage packaging operations and logistics, including packing and shipment coordination.
• Skills in packaging design to collaborate on custom concepts, layouts, and prototype development.
• Understanding of packaging engineering to interpret technical requirements and support application-driven solutions.
• Experience with quality control to ensure packaging meets performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness standards.
• Research skills to analyze customer needs, product characteristics, and market trends in packaging.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites as needed.
