About the RoleYou will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and conduct phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes following approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Can lift up to 32 lbs occasionally (50 lbs rarely). 5‑lb lift requirement.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove use due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.
- At least one year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role.
Location:
USA – TN – Mount Juliet.
Starting hourly wage: $17.00 per hour (subject to local minimum wage laws). Eligible for up to 80 hours of sick time; new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
