Job DescriptionOur Primary Care team is looking for an exceptional nurse to help us manage and coordinate care for our high-acuity patients. Our nurses enjoy strong relationships with patients, collaborative work environments and a deep sense of belonging and appreciation. Nurses are responsible for carrying out a variety of healthcare services, including:
- Medication management
- Coordinating care between outside providers and hospital systems
- Disease management
- Wound care
- Recording vitals
- Developing Plans of Care
- Phlebotomy
- Hydration Therapy and more!
Exceptional members have the opportunity for advancement, including management. For those interested in learning additional nursing skills, we provide opportunities for skill development and training.
Qualifications- Active Driver’s License
