Psychiatric Medical Care in Mount Juliet, TN, is seeking an Adolescent Care Coordinator for the Embrace U outpatient program (combined IOP and PHP for ages 10–18). This onsite role follows a Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p schedule.
You will support care coordination, intake, discharge planning and group activities, while handling clerical duties and EMR documentation. Licensing in nursing is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
