GENERAL
SUMMARY:
We are seeking back of house team members to perform daily kitchen operations and coordinate with dining room and bar staff to meet guests' needs. The back of house staff must work closely with managers and FOH staff to achieve sales and food cost targets. They aim to deliver high-quality food and beverage service to ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining cost and safety standards.
Candidates should possess strong culinary knowledge and service skills. The team works within established kitchen procedures and strives to streamline workflow in food delivery and execution. If this sounds like you, we invite you to join our team!

CUSTOMER FOCUS:
* Maintain a positive image of the company and contribute to a positive dining experience through teamwork and service.
* Ensure the delivery of a quality menu.
* Respond promptly to guest complaints, taking appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction with the restaurant and brand.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in culinary skills, including food preparation and recipe execution.
* Adherence to OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies with high standards.
* Maintain sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
* Decisiveness and assertiveness to think and act quickly.
* Flexibility to handle changing priorities in high-pressure situations.
* Professional demeanor with a positive attitude; customer service orientation and ability to enjoy the work environment while following policies and procedures.
