Job Summary

This crucial role involves taking the lead in developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and capture new business opportunities within the single-family homes and master‑planned community construction sector. The successful candidate will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and leverage industry insights to drive growth. They will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, material supply cycles, and current industry trends, enabling them to address client‑needs effectively and position our services competitively in the market.

The role requires a proactive approach to business development, with a focus on long‑term partnerships and sustainable growth.

What Will You Do
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing growth targets for multi‑family and commercial construction projects.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying competitive advantages, and customizing approaches for different client segments to maximize impact in targeted markets.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and referrals; build a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust, long‑term relationships with general contractors and key stakeholders; act as the primary liaison, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Client Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of our services to prospective clients; tailor pitches to meet specific client needs, demonstrating how our solutions effectively address their objectives and challenges.
